I painted the ones for my truck when I swapped in a console, this paint is pretty much a perfect match for the Ford Armour. After painted I sprayed three coats of satin clear.
The chrome rings around the vents are just held in with clips and can be easily removed once you take the trim piece off.

Probably a little late, but if anyone is still replacing their jump seat with a center console I can confirm that these are the side vent trim parts if you have armour trim.
If you have an XLT (armour interior) with the trailer backup then the drivers side vent panel part number is FL3Z-1504339-FB. I couldn't find it listed on Tasca so I had to call them with a VIN to get the correct part number.
Anyone have a picture of their console showing where the Floor Console Plug (FL3Z-15672A40-BB) and Front Panel Insert (FL3Z-1504567-AC) go?
Do you know if they updated the part number for trailer back up to
