"Wood" door insert source.

"Wood" door insert source.
So the previous owner COVERED the interior with a crappy stick-on "wood" kit. Mostly, it came off cleanly and without issue...but in a few places it was glued, or the stuff underneath was modified. I've gotten rid of nearly all of it at this point, but the door panels and glovebox trim pieces remain an issue.
I've had the door panel off for audio reasons, and the wood inserts ARE removable. I don't want to buy the entire panel, just the inserts. I've looked at eBay and junkyards and so far, no luck.
Technically, my wood color is "king rose", but I really don't care what goes back in...just not another stick on. OEM please.
Any suggestions on sourcing? Anyone happen to have something helpful? I'd be most appreciative.

I don't think those are available separately but here is a thread with some info that might help you figure something out with it.

The link below is for the guy I found on eBay to get those inserts. As mentioned above, they are not sold as components (at least they weren't when I got mine). Not sure who this guy knows to be able to get these trim pieces, but I got a complete set from him. I was glad to get them, as I hated what I had.

While the seller recommends re-gluing them in place, I went a different direction. Once I received the inserts, I rounded up some screws and large diameter washers and threaded the screws through the washers that I placed against the back of the door panel into (what remained of) the posts on the back of the inserts. I believe this to be a superior alternative as it is secure and you don't run the risk of the glue giving way in case you didn't seat everything properly. Hope this helps.

Sadly, I don't want the carbon and they haven't gotten any restocks.

I've installed the covers that snap in over the trim and have double-side tape to secure. I tossed the tape they came with and liberally used 3m tape, so the pieces feel solid and don't flex when you push against them. Can't tell they aren't oem, and my door handles and trim are protected from doggo claws.
