Default Windshield wiper wire

I’m installing solar/secondary battery/fridge in bed of my truck. My BCDC controller has a wire that needs to be tied into an ignition wire, they recommend windshield wipers, so that the secondary battery will charge off the starter battery while engine is on. Can’t seem to find this info. Thanks.

If your battery is being mounted in the bed, I would look at pulling power from the BJB (Battery Junction Box). Fuses #95, #97, #99, #107, #109, #110, #113 are all Hot in Start/Run. Pick one you can get an Add-A-Fuse on.
