Tank or hose is probably cracked and the cold weather causes the parts to contract or pull apart cold. Gonna have to go out in the cold and look for it, or let the dealer keep it during cold weather so they can find it.

The same thing happened to me on my 2019 Lariat with the front camera washer a few weeks ago. I just posted about it in another thread. Took it in for warranty repair and was supposed to be fixed. A couple of days later it started leaking again and took it back for warranty repair the second time. Then a couple of weeks later it started leaking for the 3rd time again and leaving a puddle in my driveway overnight again. I didn't want the front grill taken apart another time and they left out a push pin on top also. So I just disconnected the hose to the front washer. No more leak problems and I haven't had any problems with the front camera being dirty and not working. I don't miss it one bit.
Here's a couple of pictures of it leaking overnight on 2 separate occasions.
