Windows stuck down- blind spot, cross traffic fault
2016 F150 Lariat, 110,000 mi- issue came out of no where when I started my truck and the front windows, heat/ac, dash radio, blind spot detection, and airbag all were unresponsive. Reading the forums here led me to believe it was an issue with the ms2can network and the most likely culprit was the blind spot detection module in a taillight. I took out both taillights and the connections all looked good, no moisture or water. I checked the connectors underneath the truck near the spare and put it all back together and everything worked perfect. For 2 days.
The same thing happened again and now I cannot get it to function. I tried adding some dielectric grease while double checking the taillight connections but nothing has worked. I have an appointment at the dealer in a week but in the mean time am stuck with my front windows partially down with rain in the forecast. Any workarounds to at least get the windows up? Driving with no AC or air movement for the next week will not be fun but my biggest concern is at least getting the windows up. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Did you check connector C327 and the wires around it? MS-CAN bus passes through this connector twice (4 wires) Has been problem for several others in the past. Broken wire and/or rodent damage. It is located above the DS wheelwell.

It could potentially be a battery going bad and low in voltage. You might try disconnecting the battery for 15 minutes, then hooking it back up. That sometimes "resets" a transient fault and things start working again.

A quick question - What do you mean by "airbag" in your opening post "the front windows, heat/ac, dash radio, blind spot detection, and airbag all were unresponsive"

thank you- tried this and no results. Connection looked good but I still pulled it apart and added some dielectric grease.
I tried this for 10 min with no results, will try again for a bit longer.
Airbag light shows up on dash. Not sure if it functions correctly or not but that is what I was referring to.
New thing just started, now I have a tire pressure sensor fault warning. So frustrating. Thanks for all the tips so far, appreciate it as I’m willing to try anything.

Unfortunately the MS-CAN bus is the largest bus in the truck. It passes through the following connectors: C212, C238, C311, C312, C313, C327, C328, C341D, C405, C501A, C510, C610, C652A, C2341, C2383A, C2383B, C2398, C2402A, C2406, C2498B, C3050, C3052, C3265C, C3313B, C3318B, C3385, C3386, C4483, C4484, and C9026. Your truck, depending on options, may not have all of these connectors. The problem could be a wire break anywhere.

battery tested at 12.5 so I don’t think that is the issue
I agree that this is the culprit, and that it can be overwhelming to find the individual problem. I was hoping somebody may have an override to at least be able to roll up the window but that doesn’t seem likely. Thank you for your help.
This still points to a problem with the MS-CAN bus. The RTM (Radio Transceiver Module) which receives the TPMS sensor signals communicates over the MS-CAN bus as well.
