Default Window Tint - Pics and Details

I apologize if there is a forum out there dedicated to this and I did not find it. I will pick up my Tuxedo Black Platinum tomorrow and have an appointment on Monday for tint. I'm leaning toward ceramic for maximum heat rejection. Please post pics with what you have done and any feedback. My tint guy recommended 20% all the way around to bring the front to "dark" and the back and slider to "limo".

I went with 20 on the fronts and kept the back factory. I like all my windows to match and this seemed to do the trick!

Same for mine, had the fronts done to match and the top of the windshield, looks darker than it is cause of the black interior

So... The rear side windows are estimated around 20% factory tint, is that correct?

In IL, that would mean I can't get darker than 50% on front side. We can do 35% all side and rear window, but if side rear are darker than 35, the front can't go under 50.

Check your state laws on what is legal and what is not.

Here's a helpful site that shows all state laws on tinting.

This is 15% over factory tint in the rear, along with 15% on the two side windows. Windshield has 60% on the entire shield with a 5% brow up top. Would have liked to have gone darker on the two sides, but I've been down the 5% road up front and I don't like the loss of depth perception you get at night with 5% up front.

Technically the factory glass isn't tinted rather it's a darkened tempered glass, I believe. I've found in all my trucks 20% tint tends to match it the best.
