Default Window Stuck Down

I was in an accident and had some damage to my passenger side door. I accidently lowered the window and now it's stuck half way down. It will lower, raise halfway, then fully lower again. I'm assuming that since the door is dented in, it's causing resistance on the window and triggering the auto down feature.

Is there a way that I can manually raise it until I get it into the shop? I'm going to need an all new door anyway, so I don't care if I have to break some things in the process.

Have you popped the door panel off to have a look? Not sure what year or trim your truck is, but that’s where I would start if it was mine

Someone needs to try pushing up on the window while it's going up to give it a helping hand.

Just a thought : clean out side of door where dent is , apply packaging tape to and on door like a bandaid , take a corner say on booth bottom corners and jerk the tape off , I'm thinking that may pop the door panel enough to relieve pressure on window mechanism
