It's become the laughing stock of the office but on the other hand a great campaign for any other truck maker because everyone that works at our place agrees they will never buy a Ford.
Maybe this his why

I had wind noise and it turned out to be door alignment. The dealer did not see the issue the first time but second time it was fixed perfectly

I just purchased my 16 XLT sport and began noticing the wind noise the next day. I can visibly see the misalignment between drivers door and rear drivers side door... Vs the other side which is perfectly aligned...

I plan to go to the dealer for them to correct, and your post gives me hope.

Did they give you a hard time at all to properly align and seal?

I love that photo that gets posted multiple times a day. It shows two hard working guys on a break.

They did not give me a hard time but the first visit they said they could not replicate. The second visit I supplied a video so there was no question.

No they are just visiting members of the District Unique National Chess Experts [DUNCE] that just set up in a factory in an effort to get in the Guiness Book of Records.

On a break? Hmm I would assume their union requires them to leave the floor for breaks?
