Default Winch non mountable

This most likely has been discussed, but I have to ask! Is there a winch that does not hard mount to the front that can be used with the tow hooks that can utilize the AC outlet. I ask because I may use it once before I sell the truck and dont want to waste the extra costs of mounting etc.

If you mean the AC outlet in the truck than no. If you mean a regular 110V AC outlet in a structure than yes you could rig up any 110V winch or hoist to accomplish that as long as your not trying to move more weight than its rated for.

I use one of these and made a mount to attach the my rear trailer ball. I then use another car or truck to power the winch, I park it on the side and connect to the battery.

I have pulled bushes small trees etc with it.

Your a/c outlet in the truck is only rated for 400 watts.
