Default Will these wheels & tires require additional modifications?

My Bilstein 5100 leveled '18 SC Sport with will be needing tires soon.
I'm currently running Blizzaks for the winter and have a worn out set of Michelins mounted on a second set of OEM Sport wheels.
I'm 70something old, so ride comfort is my first priority.
I like the look of the OEM Sport wheels but feel the ride could be smoother.
The truck is my dd and is always on pavement. However, it does snow here, and I occasionally travel into the Rockies.

I've got an opportunity to purchase 17” AGP TRUX rims 6x135mm with new P285/70R17 Falken Wildpeak AT4W.
Will this combo require modifications to my otherwise stock truck?

They'll fit fine unless the wheels are some ungodly weird offset. Might look a little weird being leveled because its more or less the stock size tire.

I also believe they will fit. However, OEM tires are roughly 32" diameter, while these are 32.8". I ran a set of P-Metric Wildpeaks in 285/70/17 size on OEM wheels for almost 8 years.

Thanks for the replies.
I'm thinking P-rated at 34-36 psi with taller sidewalls would be more comfortable than the original Michelins.
So...Wildpeaks appear to be quite popular as an AT tire. Is this also true for a 99.9% pavement truck?

No concerns with +1MM offset?
Or, minor speedometer error?
Or, road noise?

I suppose I could always resell them if I don't like them.

Wildpeaks are fine on pavement. They are a little louder than an all season or on road all terrain, but not objectionably so. They are heavier than many comparable tires, so the mpg hit will be a little more noticeable. My truck had 20" Hankook 275/55R20 A/Ts as OEM. I lost 1.5 mpg when I went to the P285/70R17 Wildpeaks. Your speedometer will be roughly 2.8% off, so at 70 mph on the speedometer you will actually be going 72. I have an SCT X4 tuner so I was able to adjust my speedometer.

Thanks to all.
Made the switch on Saturday.
I like the aesthetics...(even though I can't see them from the driver's seat.)

Wheels are Lock Off-Road Krawlers.
I had to remove the front WeatherTech mud flaps to prevent rubbing.

For some reason the truck feels faster now. LOL

17's are generally more comfortable than 18's which are more comfortable than 20's...tire for tire
