305/45/22 tires. Stock suspension with fox 2.0s in the rear which added a bit more to the factory rake.

I'm wanting to put aftermarket 22" wheels on my 2019 F150 Limited. The stocks are 22". Tires are 275 45 22. The wheel I want is a Fuel Maverick D538 22" wheel.
The tire dealer I'm talking to is recommending a 22 X 10 with +10mm offset. He called the wheel rep and this is the rim they recommended. Fuel just released this in 2019 with the +10mm offset. They said if I level my truck there should not be any rubbing. Tire recommended is 305 45 22. I'm thinking Nitto Terra Grappler G2.
I really don't understand offsets, I just want it to look good! Any recommendations or advice? Package with leveling is going to run around $3,500.
