Also there is straps behind each head rest in the back seat. What are those for?
Have you found the steering wheel, radio, visor, etc yet? They are also described in owner's manual.

From the Manwell as per MGD lingo

Location of the Spare Tire and
Tools
The spare tire is located under the vehicle,
just forward of the rear bumper. The jack,
jack handle and lug wrench are located in
the following locations:

Body style Location
Regular Cab
Attached to the floor behind the passenger
seat (for easier access, move the passenger
seat forward)

Super Cab and Crew Cab
Attached behind the rear seat on the
passenger side

Now that you know can Jack off. (sorry couldn't resist).

That's your problem right there... kinda sad world we live in when it is (seems?) faster to go to a web forum, post a new thread, wait for someone to chime in to get your answer rather than just opening an owner's manual...
He could get a paper cut!

Real men burn the manual upon arrival. We don't need manuals.

right... why rely on a piece of paper written by the guys who built your truck when you have endless access to a bunch of random dudes you have / will never meet who can answer your questions, maybe, if they see your post, if they feel like it, and if they don't wanna give you crap for not RTFM
