Dudes,

Was going to refill my washer fluid today and found this rubber piece just laying there. Can someone with a 15' tell me where it goes under the hood? See pics....


I see the other 2 but can't figure out where the third rubber piece fits?

I had extra pop rivets(the plastic ones all over the engine compartment) laying around under the hood. They must install those by hand and it's cheaper and faster to just grab another than hunt for the dropped one. Gotta keep that assembly line moving!

I wouldn't worry about it. Free spare parts!

 

I looked under my hood, but I do not see where that would be attached. I have the two you posted, but nothing else.

 

On the right side of the dashboard they made a container for holding spare parts.. Heck some people have even found a owners manual in there..
