Looking at these wheel spacers? Should these run fine without cutting stock studs? 2016 f150 xlt sport Looking for more aggressive look with stock sport rims / 275/70r18 ko2s.
I've been looking at the same set. Hub centric on both sides. I've just been wondering if they are strong enough (I can't remember the two brands a bunch of people here run but they're about twice the price).
From what I've read the 1.5" will allow you to keep the stock length of the studs.
I run some BORA spacers in 7/8 width. Not that mime can't fail, but for something like this I prefer buying from a reputable company. I have a little over 30k mi on mine so far
You can run 1.25" and wider wheel adapters w/o having to trim the studs on the 18" Sport wheels (it does vary by wheel). The 1.5" you are looking at shouldn't be an issue.
That said, if it were me, I'd spend the extra money and either get a set of BORAs (which I'm also running) or Fred Goeske's. Both are excellent quality and will serve you well.
would you guys recommened 1.5" or 2" ? this is my truck currently. seen a few guys running those ebay ones i linked buy 2" says hes been 20k no issues. but im still debating size and brand. my wheels seem so tucked

I'm happy with the 1.25" with my Sport wheels - Brings the wheels pretty much flush with the fenders. See my original post below for pics. If you want it to stick out past the fenders, I'd go for 1.5 or 2".
I purchased the same spacers the OP listed but in 1.25. Havent installed them yet but they appear to be pretty nice, studs are metric grade 10.9, and they are made out of 6061 aluminum, just like anything else worth a damn. At the end of the day, its not rocket science to turn down some round bar on a lathe and put some holes in it. Any halfway decent machine can do this.
Ive ran them on several vehicles without issue. 6061 is strong stuff.
