Default What's needed

So I have a 15 f150 lariat fx4. My wife wants rims and tires but wants them to poke way out. What would I need to do to put a 20x 10 or 20x12 with a 33 inch tire on the truck with a - 44 offset? Any suggestions? Trying to avoid a 6 inch lift but if that's the only way then.....idk. thoughts or suggestions? Thanks

If you look at American Trucks website or get one of their catalogs they have tire and wheel kits with offsets or stock wheel pattens.

You could also go on Custom Offsets website and click on the gallery, enter your truck and put in the wheel size/tire/lift and see what fits and what doesn't. I think you're going to have to trim at least a little bit. I have an 18 f150 with a 7 inch lift on 35s and 20x10s and removed the lower valence and still had to trim the plastic a little bit.

As mentioned Custom Offsets is a good place to start. I think for 10 wides and 33”s around (-12 to -24 offset) it would probably take a 4 inch lift. Leveling 2 inches would likely still rub, but could be fixed with a bit of trimming if you don’t mind doing a bit of cutting.

Agreed, trimming isn't a big deal but I would never recommend cutting the crash bars, those are there to protect you God forbid!

This 100%. I have no intention of cutting mine so I’m planning to run a more conservative setup, but so far I’ve stayed stock. It will change by the time I need tires and I’ll be looking to upgrade to coil overs.

agreed on the 4 inch lift. unless you plan to run 37s or bigger, a 6 inch lift isn´t necessary

I've seen trucks with -44 and 12" wide rims without lifts. They just don't turn tight radius'. Pretty much have to drive in a straight line.
