I'm not surprised that some of you are not getting better M.P.G. The lower tire pressure certainly makes for a better ride but it tough getting decent fuel economy.

I prefer a better/smoother ride. I know some are concerned about MPG. I'm not, that's why I purchased a heavy nonaerodynamic truck!

The KO2 E's are the worst riding tire I've ever owned...My next truck will not have E or KO2 on it.

I'm only DD my truck so don't care about off-roading...My mistake for purchasing KO2's. They do look great though but at bone-jarring seat of the pants nightmare ride.

You will surely wear them out sooner with lower P.S.I.

I guess I run mine a bit higher than most on here. I run mine at 45psi cold. Around here that ends up equating to 48psi - 50psi with the heat and type of driving.

I'm running 38psi in my C rated KO2's sized 285/70R17. When fully warmed up I'm seeing 42-44psi. Maybe I'll lower them to see if there is a big difference!

Not much sooner...I did a chalk test and was surprised that hardly any difference in the footprint between 50# & 32#...The KO2's are hard as a rock and don't flex much.

That may be true but the weight of your truck and the kinetic energy in motion will be somewhat different going down the road, turning corners and going around curves. Anything less than the factory recommended 35 p.s.i. has the potential to cause blowouts. Lower tire pressure creates more heat.
