My Bluetooth will not allow me to connect a phone nor can I delete any phones. When I try to turn it off, it turns right back on. What fuses need to be pulled to cut the power to Sync and Bluetooth and whatever else I may need to try to reset. I will just pull the battery if all else fails. TIA!!!

 

Hold down power and forward track buttons for about 10 seconds to reboot sync.

Silly question, but what is difference between this and a master reset through the settings?

 

Master reset will erase all your settings and data. Power + forward track is a soft reset, the same as power-cycling the truck and opening the door.

 

I would say it is not the same as power cycling and opening the door. I tried that several times and always came to the same stuck bluetooth screen. When I did the above reset, I was able to control bluetooth again.

 

This, I find very interesting... I wonder if there are other differences?
