changed shocks and struts
replaced shocks and struts - the OEM versions were worn due to crappy NYS roads.
I also invested into an acetylene torch for future operations

I do not, I'll try and get some tonight. Only thing that annoys me so far is when I turn to lock the bulbs into the socket, its not perfectly straight up and down and more diagonal. I'll get a pic of what I mean.

Here's a set for closer to $300 eBay.
There's a thread on here somewhere about guys installing OEM takeoffs with great success. Many will take the rear 60 cover to get the arm rest area closed in, for those that don't have the center arm rest on the 60.
Katzkin will run you $550 shipped at the cheapest. Here's my front seats before and after doing the install myself. It's an absolutely worthwhile upgrade. I also added a heated seat kit to the fronts while I was at it. These are the "Limited style" Katzkins in black with white sticking. Perfectly matches my center console lid/armrest. Got mine for about $600 shipped.

Brought home a friend for the 150. The boss decided that she needed turbos too, so she traded in her Yukon.
Oh....and i added the little thingy to get behind the rear seat easier. Also got the tailgate dampener from the parts department whilst at the dealership so that will be a this weekend job. Gotta love those fordpass points for free parts!!

Washed and waxed just in time for a week of storms in Houston... Makes me worry that if I never clean 'er up, we'll just have a drought.

I never had to fold my standard mirrors in, it did seem close, thought.
Now with my tow mirrors, I’ve had two crisis panic operations where I had to partially crawl over the console to reach out, fold them in, & get the window closed in time, then do the same on the driver’s side.
answering the mirror damage post, quote messed up.
