Anyone know who makes this bumper? I stumbled across this online and cant find a manufacture name.

 

Looking at the Universal Technical Institute stickers on it. I went to their website and it may be a prototype that was built there. It looks like they may have a R&D type program or something with SVT performance.

 

Looks like something Iron Cross would make but from a legal stand point, no one can sell it that way because it has FORD across the front.

Just like no one can sell the Raptor Grille that says FORD across it.

Not too wild about Ford across the front but really like the style, low profile and high clearance. I saw the website and was just thinking they called it a "custom bumper" and it was on the market. If it isnt I sure wish someone would start manufacturing something like it!!
