Weird Reverse issue
2017 3.5 Eco Screw 10-speed 70k miles
I read this forum a lot, occasionally chime in, but this is one I don't recall seeing before, if I am wrong please link me to the thread as I couldn't find it.
The other day I was out shopping and after I came out of the store, got in the truck fired it up.... nothing wrong so far.... Placed the truck in reverse, still nothing wrong, upon backing up it was like it had no power and a hesitation. Placed it back in drive and pulled up a little and seemed fine, went back to reverse to complete the back out and still seemed gutless.
Changed spark plugs and boots about 5k ago
oil changes are up to date
I don't think the tranny programming has ever been done
Ambient outside temp was a balmy 43 or so degrees.
Since then it seems to be fine. I am wondering if this was just a one off, maybe there was some weird binding of some kind that just happened to show up there.
What do you think?

Rear drum brakes used to adjust themselves when moving in reverse, and sometimes that created a little drag or some noise, but I don't think that's a thing with disc brakes at all four corners.

I am beginning to think this was a one off kind of thing. Not sure that temp matters but it was super cold this morning (27 ish degrees so take it for what you will) and it was fine.
I'll admit I've done that more than once (but I've been driving a long time).
