Default Weird rattle/movement

The problem I am having seems minor but is just extremely irritating. When driving over bumps and I have my foot right at the bottom of the foot rest for the left foot, I feel like something is loose or moving under my foot and under the floorboard. I was trying to pin point exactly when it was happening and seemed to be when the rear would go over the bump but I am 100% sure. I apologize for the description but i cannot figure out a way to describe it any better. Any help would be great so when I take it to the dealer they say nothing is wrong or that it is normal.

first do a visual inspection under vech and hood. Second go to a safe area and try to reproduce the sound. Try in 4x4 as well to help rule that out. Then traction control. Then in neutral. Then rolling engine off etc. Good luck. Keep us posted.

Check the body mounts to make sure they aren't defective or loose? Like Bill said, try imitating it with multiple different scenarios to see if it could be drivetrain or body related.

I had the same problem with my truck. To solve mine I zip tied the emergency-brake cable to the body of the truck and it went away.

I thought I felt this as well. I haven't looked at it yet but IIRC, with the XLT at least, there is no parking brake cable as it's electronic.

There is a manual cable. Hence the CLICK CLICK CLICK when you press it down, and the required release before it comes back up.

Hudnut has an electronic parking brake ... so it's got a different setup than the other engines, IIRC.
