Default Weatherstripping not staying

Not a huge deal by any means but an annoyance. The pictured pink connector keeps popping out. I'll push it back in and the next time I notice it, it's out again. It's built into the weatherstripping and doesn't appear to be easily replaceable. Thoughts on how to keep it pressed in?

The pink thing is a push pin used to help the stripping in. That one must be bad. You can go to dealer and have replaced or just use a little silicon caulk on it. That way if you ever need to replace it you can.

I'm very familiar with push pins but this one seemed internal to the weatherstripping, I didn't want to pull to hard. I'll just put a dab of caulk on it.
