washer nozzle replacement

Has anyone come up with a good replacement for the nozzles on my F150 that gives a better spray pattern?

Unhook from tubing and backflush with air or water maybe partially plugged

Use some vinegar and toothbrush to remove mineral deposits around nozzles. The spray pattern for clean nozzles covers most of the wiped area on the windshield.
