Default Volume Drop When Using Android Auto

This may be old news and I've missed it being talked about, but......... anyone else experience a volume drop when using Android Auto with music apps like Spotify, Pandora, Amazon Music, etc..? I mean I can have the radio on at a comfortable volume like 11-12 and switch over to Android Auto to use Spotify and the music starts playing and within a second of playing it's like the level goes down to 6-7. What gives with that? I've tried a couple different USB cables and it does the same thing. So unless I have had 3 bad USB cables, I don't think it's the cable. Every once in a blue moon I can exit out, go back in, unplug the USB, plug it back in, and not experience the volume drop.........but it's only happened like 4-5 times since I started using Android Auto(2 months).

Turn the media volume all the way up on your phone.

Yeah, already made sure of that every time. It's not that. I never had this issue in my 2014, but it didn't have the MFT in it....just the 4.2" with USB audio in.
