Well this is the 2nd day driving my brand new 2015 F150 to work, i was using the navigation to kill some time on my way to work, so after a few commands the lady in the truck stopped giving me prompts! Now when i press her button she wont even talk to me!! When i press it she Mutes my radio for a little and then nothing happens i miss the little lady!

 

You probably have a truck built during a period of bad SYNC programming. There is a customer satisfaction bulletin 15B32.

If you give me your VIN (via PM) I can check and even email you the fix that way you don't have to take it in.

 

My sync does the same thing from time to time turn off truck and restart then it works . My truck was built on 08 16 15 . Going to try the 3.6 update tonight. If that don`t work then back to the dealer

 

I've never had that issue, but from time to time it takes 2 tries to get a phone call to connect.

 

If built in KC or Dearborn (I think those are the only two places they build them) then yours is affected. You need the update provided by someone with OASIS access.

 

If your vehicle build date is within this time frame then you have an update that needs to be done via the dealer or someone with OASIS access....
