Maybe premature but here goes.... Anyone get their VIN yet? If so post details and order date and order types (dealer stock or custom retail).

Anyone's show up in custom order tracking site yet?

 

I ordered mine on 8-10 and received my VIN number from the dealer yesterday. Unfortunately, it still does not track on the site. My order is dealer stock.

Platinum, 3.5 Eco, White Tri coat paint, Brunello interior, no other options/packages except rubber floor mats.

 

Awesome truck - I ordered a White Pla Tri-coat King Ranch so I am happy they are giving VINs for that color!

 

I'm not sure if using www.cotusb.ford.com will track orders that are included in dealer stock, but really not sure. It might just be for true retail orders. Again, don't know, mine sure doesn't track with a VIN number.

In any case, you can decode your VIN once you get it (lots of decoders online). My order will be number 2733 off the line in Dearborn once they start on 9-21. Assuming they make 800/day running 2 shifts (based on 1200/day for the 2014's running 3 shifts), have to think my order will roll off around 9-23 to 9-25 if they stick to their timelines.

That doesn't mean it'll ship by any means around those dates since Ford will go through quality checks on the first batches. At least that's what I've read.

I'm not expecting to get it until late Nov or early December just like everyone else.
