Default Vibration while stopped in drive...

I made a 10 hour drive in my 2018 F150 today and stopped to get some food at my destination city. I filled up once during the drive and stopped a couple more times after. Fast forward a little, I felt a few vibrations in the drivetrain as I was waiting to get food after the 10 hour drive. I’ve got the 5.0 with 56K miles. Was thinking maybe a misfiring plug but I’ve never felt it before. Maybe bad gas? Was thinking about running some injector cleaner tomorrow into my tank. What are y’all’s thoughts?

If the 5.0 is direct Ike ruin it probably won't help

I changed my plugs at 40k and was shocked how worn they were

I get that occasionally. I think it's bad gas. I've scanned the engine and there's no recorded misfires associated.

Ok I can understand bad gas, I’m thinking that too. I’ll check spark plugs. Thanks

Mine vibrate a little at times while parked. It could be bad gas. I hope its not plugs. I've only got 18K miles on it.

It’s hard to tell, I wasn’t watching the RPM’s when it happened. I’ve been running 93 octane fuel in my truck for a long time but I filled up at a random gas station in north Arkansas yesterday. So maybe it was bad gas. I’ll monitor it going forward.
