Default Vibration when going 30mph or higher.

I have a Rough Country 2.5 inch level in the front and NITTO Terra Grappler G2 - LT285/60-18 tires on my 2015 2.7LT F150. I got these upgrades done about a month after I bought the vehicle which was in September of 2015. When both of these were installed, I noticed a very light vibration when going ~50mph or higher. Enough vibration where if you made a constant tone in your voice, you could hear the very frequent ups and downs(if that makes sense). I told a couple of shops that I've gotten an oil change at and they claim it's normal with those types of tires, so I didn't think much of it.

Fast forward to a week ago, I had my 20K mile check up done and all they charged me for was the oil change(due anyways) and they claimed everything else looked great and should be checked again at 30K miles. A couple of days later, I'm noticing the vibration much more, maybe double of what it was and I can hear the tread on my tires a lot when compared to before. Coincidentally, temperatures dropped a lot the day this started happening, around 10 degrees outside temperature. Although I doubt tempurature has anything to do with it. I'm curious if maybe that shop took my brakes or something else apart and didn't put it back together correctly.

I wanted people's opinions on here about whether any type of vibration at all is normal on these trucks with the size of level and tires I have on. My friend who has a lot more experience with trucks said the vibration isn't normal, so I'm thinking I need to bring the truck in somewhere else.

Did they rotate the tires? A tire that is out of balance will be more noticeable on the front than the back.

All the guy said they did was an oil change and that everything else looked good, so I have to assume they did not rotate them.
