2016 3.5 eco-boost. Intermittent Bad vibration for 1-2 seconds while engine under slight load. Usually does it going down highway. 1500-2000 rpms, 5-6 gear, and boost about 5lbs. Vibrated the dash, but I don't feel it in the wheel or pedal and not in the seat. Truck has 143k and it just started a few weeks ago. Seems like it is happening more often each day. If anyone has any ideas, I would really appreciate the help.

 

Original spark plugs and boots? If so, I would start with that.

 

Run the forscan to see if any errors, but maybe, spark plugs need a change, or you are having some misfires from a cop. If more than 50k since last change, I'll start with spark plugs
