vibration help

i have been fighting a vibration for 15k miles, vibrates at 3K rpm in normal, sport, tow haul or just a free rev. figured out today in eco mode it doesn't do it thoughts?

not having an engine with eco mode, i don't know about that feature. however, i would maybe think it is injector related. perhaps eco mode changes injector signals? any codes?
