Default Using multiple crossovers?

I have component speakers for the fronts but only have the door speaker mounted. Still using the stock tweeters for now. Was just wondering if I got another pair of crossovers and use the low pass part for the doors only on one and the high pass for the tweeters only on the other. Seems to be an easier way to avoid the wiring issues...getting wires through the door harness for the tweeters....finding the speaker wires in the harness in the dash for both sides...
Would this work? or buy low pass and high pass filters? Or mount them with the small amp behind the head unit and run a new wire to the tweeters (mess up with the center speaker?)???

ps..I haven't mounted the clarion amp behind the head unit yet
