Sorry I FAT FINGERED the title line. Should be USB
Has anyone had the following come up on screen, “USB Insertion ERROR” not sure why I get this when I plug my phone in. I have tried 2 different cables and nothing.

Which sync version are you running? Also what kind of phone?

I have SYNC 2. Something. Recently updated. The phone is ASUS. It has worked previously. Also it does connect via Bluetooth. Don’t know what happened. Just tried wife’s IPhone and got no message and it also connects via Bluetooth.
My feeling is the phone itself is at fault.
Well not so fast, just tried another android phone (moto) ending in the same result. (USB Insertion Error)
