Default Upper Control Arm Help

So I have a 2015 F150 Screw with a 6” Rough Country Lift and Rough Country Shocks/Struts. I have over 200,000 miles on my factory suspension that has not been changed out with the lift kit. My lift kit has about 120,000 miles on it. I am upgrading my shocks to the Rough Country 2.5 Vertex which I have put aside and just waiting for install. When I do the install I want to replace my old tired out suspension. My question is can I change out my factory upper control arms with lift control arms that are designed for 2”-4” lifts or do I need to stay with the OE style? I am not sure what changes between the lifted and OE control arms. Do they get longer or is it just the ball joint angle that changes? Thank you
