Hello all,

I'm trying to upgrade to Fords My Sync 3.0 (3.0.14) on my 2016 non-nav f150. I'm currently one 2.2 (build 16280) which I manually upgraded before it was released. I've tried multiple USB sticks and I've tried excluding the gracenotes install file. No matter what I do I get the error: MEM_003. I've performed a factory reset after each attempt. I've tried upgrading via WIFI and it never works.

I was looking to downgrade to 1.0 or Ford issued 2.2, but I can't find any files to do so.

Any suggestions here?

 

Any clues out there or links to other sync versions I can try?

 

You have to search, but there is a member who posted how to revert back from the hacked 2.2, back to 1.0. Then he was able to install 3.0.
