Yesterday, I looked at the Sync update screen on my '18 and it told me that it was trying to download

Before, my "About Sync" screen showed:

The WiFi download failed to even begin.

I logged on to owner.ford.com and found an update:

JR3T-14G381-AS

I downloaded it and went through the entire manual upgrade process, but my "About" screen is identical.

Does this mean that I was already current?

Do I need to look for JR3T-14G391-CE_1557247163000.TAR.GZ online and manually install that?

I'm confused.
