Unplugging battery

Default Unplugging battery

So my map sensor went bad n I replaced it. After that I unplugged my battery for 15 min to reset so the check engine light would come off. By unplugging my battery will it change my mpg? Thanks

do you mean the saved average mpg in the display?

Default Mph

Now my mpg is not holding. For example I'm parked in my driveway n it will read 19.6 n start dropping to 19.5 n so on.

is the engine idling? If so that's why your mpg is dropping while parked.

Well if your sitting there in park your getting 0 mpg. So yeah it'll drop.
