I discovered a unplugged electrical connector hanging from the bottom on the front passenger side. I recently purchased this 2017 5.0 and discovered this after removing the front trim under the bumper. Then found what is likely the corresponding connector behind the pass side headlight next to the radiator.

What is this for and any reason why it is disconnected? Looks like there is only 3 wires.

 

That doesn't look factory to me. What are the wire colours? You need to trace the harness to see where is goes.
