I'm looking to add some under dash lighting as well as under seat. I want it to work off of the same circuit as the instrument cluster. I want it to come on with the headlights as the dash lights do. I would also like it to work with the dimmer switch. I went through the schematics and found C2280G pin 45 violet/grey. Would this work for what I want? Is there a better source? I saw the ambient lighting circuit, but I don't want to deal with the LIN bus.
