Default Turbo Problem?

I have a 2016 3.5 Ecoboost 110k miles.
My check engine light went on while cruising down the expressway on a trip. I took the exit and the low oil light started flashing. Pulled into a parking lot and the oil was completely empty. Filled the oil and took it to the local dealer. They can't find anything wrong with the engine.

Well-- if there is no leak visible, just run it and check your oil level every other day!! Do you see any smoke out the tail pipe?

"completely empty" as in not showing on the dipstick or COMPLETELY empty, as you had to put in 6 quarts?
Even a quart or two low within a short period of time (you didn't specify when last you knew it was full) would indicate a large leak that, if you are a responsible owner at all, would have noticed. Leaking oil into the turbos would uh...be VERY noticeable. How long have you owned the vehicle? Have you ever checked the oil before?

So a little more info:
I was towing a 3,000 lb load. Heard a slight turbo whining, noticed a few minutes later the check engine light and a few miles later the low oil flashing warning.Got off the exit and had to put in five qts of oilAfter the Ford dealer checked it out and could find nothing wrong I headed out and within a few miles oil was blowing onto the engine. It appeared that the dip stick had pushed out of the hole and that's where the oil was coming from.
With all of this I never experienced a loss of power.
I was a1,000 miles into a fresh oil change and I had a leaking turbo replaced just two weeks prior to this.
The dealer I left it at seems at a loss.

You are saying a Ford dealer service center didn't realize it was FIVE QUARTS low? AND...you don't have any evidence of oil in the engine bay?
Riiiiiiiiiiight.

No, I didn't say that. I had filled the oil before I took it to the dealer. They couldn't see any signs of leaks or tell me why I lost all that oil.
