you should trash that budlight where it belongs, get some Guinness instead, and make yourself some ice cold Black and Blues

Both the alcohol content and the contents being under pressure will depress the freezing point. I agree with other, you should be fine if you shield the beer with some blankets or sleeping bags. It probably WILL freeze to slush when you open the can when you first arrive.

Yep raising kids is a PITA
Doing dishes, making your bed, cleaning up after yourself is a PITA
Recycling is a PITA
Paying for college is a PITA
Thinking about your great grandchildren and other people is a PITA
Now being selfish, and squandering, and packing the land fills with glass and aluminum... now that is what life is all about!
If is too much to ask that you chuck the cans in one at a time, you can just push your cart into the bottle deposit room and walk away. Your mother will clean up after you.

I do not put the glass or cans in a landfill, they go to the local Boy Scouts who recycle them. I just refuse to pay more for worse selection of beer and then have to stand in front of a machine for 20 minutes feeding cans and bottles in to get my money back while I am on vacation.
Thanks!
It would be a bit of an enigma wrapped around an oxymoron to travel all the way to Gogebic to enjoy nature, the fresh air, the unpolluted waters... and then toss the litter around or just add it to the landfills because of laziness or lack of thought. I salute you for being conscious of other people and the environment.
BTW Michigan does have some awesome microbreweries on the way if you are going thru the LP. Might I suggest Shorts brewery in Bellaire. Worth the sidetrip plus there are great Mt Bike/hiking trails in nearby Glacial Hills Trails.

Lol, A guys has to worry about his Busch Light tasting its best you know!
There will be a couple cases of Budlight and Blue Moon, then a bunch of assorted local micro brews.
Bottom line is it sounds like I will be fine. The bed is covered. I forgot to mention I have a bedrug mat so that will provide some insulation and if I pack the beer in the middle of the clothes, I should have a frosty beverage as soon as I arrive.

If you want to support the economy, only drink beer brewed by true craft breweries. Technically, Founders would fall out due to 30% foreign ownership, but that's not right. But eliminate all the craft breweries that AB InBev owns.
