So, I took my xlt sport into the dealership last week to check on the vibration I was feeling. They kept the truck 5 days. I picked it up last night. They told me the could not duplicate what I was feeling , they said the tech and service manager looked at it and drove it . They did say the transmission was shifting harder than it should so they did the tsb on it. I ask them to road force balance the tires and they said it would not make any difference, so they would not do it. Fast forward. I drove the truck home and it was better, then I was driving g to work this morning and while I was going down a grade and a message came up saying down hill assistance was not available, then another came up saying service traction control; and guess what I am right back where I started. So it back for the third time with this problem, really starting to loose faith in ford. I guess if there is no code there no problem. That is basically what I was told.
