Default In Transit According to COTUS

My dealer sent me a screen shot of my order status and it appears it to show, "Received-LE 5443, Norfolk Southern Corp, Ramp 58, Melvindale, MI." Does anyone know if the LE 5443 is the rail car number? The funny part is COTUS shows "In Transit" and the screen shot from the dealer states "Awaiting Shipment." I have tried using the LE 5443 on the automated line for Norfolk Southern and it states "No Status Available." Anyone have any info or experience with this?

Railcar numbers are four letters and five or six numbers... a UP auto rack would be something like "ETTX 715501". LE 5443 isn't enough info.
