I agree I would tell my buddy his lights were to bright. He didn't listen got his junk busted. It makes me laugh when these people on here say well I dont have to look at them. There are crazy people out there that will follow you home and tear up your stuff. You never know what state of mind a person is in and what sets them off.

 

I installed a Rocker 2 kit form hornblasters, put the compressor in the bed and the horns up under the cab on the driver side. Was about $300 bucks off amazon and sounds damn good.

 

Good points, maybe I'll just get a Dixie horn. Cheaper.

 

My experience with train horns are about the same as what others have posted. MOST people that have them, only have them to **** people off. Watched a guy get dragged out of his truck & beat nearly to death because he repeatedly kept blowing his loud *** train horn while riding around. Well he blew his horn right beside a car one day that had a baby in the back (he probably didn't know this)....the dad got out, broke the guys window out & pulled him through the window. Then commenced to beating his *** in the middle of the daytime traffic in the road.
Just FYI, leave the train horns on the trains, nothing good can come from you blowing a loud *** horn for whatever reason.

Spoken like the type of person that rolls around driving a diesel blowing smoke on everyone, or blows his loud *** train horn cause he thinks it's funny. It's always funny until you **** the wrong person off & you end up eating through a straw for a week because you got your teeth knocked out, or your truck gets a couple extra vent holes courtesy of some bullets.
So some idiot cuts you off in traffic so you blow your loud *** train horn at him....you've only accomplished pissing everyone around your truck off even if it wasn't directed at them. In today's "sue happy" world, wouldn't be surprised if someone claimed hearing damage & slapped you with a lawsuit....
