If you want a train horn, get a train horn.
Stop giving a **** about what some forum cop or others have to say about it. Are they paying your bills or sleeping with you? Probably not. Do they really matter then? You don't need their approval to do what you want to your truck with your money. You probably know there may be a risk of getting a ticket or worse from the use of a train horn, so if you decide to assume that risk it's up to you.
It's really that simple. And I may or may not have a train horn myself...

go to hornblasters.com and look at what fits in your budget. I had train horns and miss them however my truck was vandalized once because of them. I was not scaring people, just normal driving someone cut me off, parked at a restaurant and my car had shoe polish on the paint saying honk honk when i walked out. i had a 5 gallon tank and 480c vair compressor with the shocker horns. I chose the 5 gallon tank and 480c compressor because i used mine to run air tools and inflate tires. if you just want horns get the conductors special and you will be happy. if you want to spend to much money, 12 gallon tank, 2 480c compressors and k5 horns.

I've owned my '15 Blue Flame Lariat for a little over a month now and people still seem try to cut me off and/or not pay attention. I do live in the Jax, Fl area so that may not surprise most; but gosh darnit I need to let these idiots know about it!
Has anyone installed a train horn on their ride? What brand, decibel, gallon size tank? Plug and play? Installation location?
All advice/ideas are welcomed.
