I have 2 trailers and if am getting a warning that says right trailer turn signal light out. I did some troubleshooting and found that the trailer is fine but I am not getting the voltage out of the Connector to the trailer. With Flashers on I get the standard 12V+- flashing to left tail light but get steady 2V+- to the right. This is with the trailer disconnected and going directly to the pins on the female trailer connector at the bumper. Disconnected the wiring harness on the back of the bumper and got the same thing.

I saw a lot of info online about TBC problems but I get warning about trailer light controller.

Can anyone tell me if this is something that is a common problem.
