9 days from KC to Calgary. Not too bad. Maybe I'll go camp in the Ogden rail yards till it comes in

I can answer that one for you - mine was built in KC and was supposed to come to Toronto, but was "mis-directed" to Calgary - still waiting for it...original delivery date in COTUS was May 13 in Toronto.
The step-by-step on mine from the Vehicle Tracker Report provided by my dealer:
Produced Apr 26 2017
Released to body company Apr 27 - spray-in bedliner
Released awaiting shipment on Apr 28
Shipped convoy Apr 28 (by truck to the railhead in KC)
Onto railcar on Apr 29
Started to move May 01 via CP
Passed through St Paul MN on May 03 (looks like it stopped a couple of days)
Passed through Minot ND and Moose Jaw on May 06 (crossed the border)
In Calgary on May 07 (Ogden yard)

Got my Window Sticker today.... Wooo Hooo!
Blend date of June 03, 2017, Since that's a Saturday I'm assuming that will mean "week of".
Being assembled in Dearborn, and delivered to Ontario.
Dealer Ordered - April 28, 2017
VIN received - May 5
Completed "In Order Processing" - May 24
Window Sticker was released - May 25
Delivery still scheduled for June 17

My blend date was on a Sunday and it was still built on that day. Dearborn plant

Ordered 4/22/17, had estimated delivery date of 6/7
Went to In Production on 5/15
Went to Awaiting Shipment on 5/22 with new estimated delivery date of 6/2
Did nothing else until 5/27. On 5/27, went to In Transit, but backdated that to 5/23. Also changed estimated delivery date to 5/29.
It's almost OVER!
Timing is wonderful, because we are picking up our new Airstream TT this week. If we have our new truck, the dealer will set up the WD hitch for us. (We bought the truck to tow the trailer. We ordered them the same week. We will pick them up the same week.)

Very Disappointed. Delivery date pushed out 4 days
Well, My truck delivery improved when it was in the order process to a June 4th date. Then later, while in production it improved again to a June 2nd delivery date. I did not check on it the last few days, but was really excited that I might have it for the upcoming weekend. Well, this morning I checked COTUS and 
my delivery date moved to June 6th. DAMN! Guess i will not be picking anything up this week. Need a miracle to happen so I can get this thing again before next weekend.

Got the email that it was delivered to the dealer this morning. Hoping to pick it up tomorrow afternoon. It was a three week detour for my truck.
