Mike Levine tweeted a few minutes ago that the F150 is greenlighted, deliveries to dealers are starting now.

"More great news! The #2015F150 is on its way to dealers now!! It received the greenlight last night! #OnPlan #OnSchedule"

It should as it is just a Google Doc, but I'm not positive. (Macs at home, PCs at work).

Google Docs in general (and that spreadsheet in particular) work just fine on Macs.
