I never had a build date but I have been tracking the estimated delivery date since two days after I placed my order 12/10. For most of the time so far, it said 3/8 but about two weeks ago it moved up to 3/1 and has stayed there since. Now if Husky will finish their X-act contour floor liners and B&W will finish their gooseneck hitch engineering, I can start using it when it arrives. My truck will beat my accessories to the driveway!

Dam you!!! Ordered 12/5/15, was told MFGR date was 2/16/15, and ETD is 3/4/15.
Hoping I log in one day and be i your position!

How were you tracking estimated delivery date prior to having a VIN assigned?
Just wondering because my order has been in since 1-5-15 and I have no estimated delivery date or VIN yet.

My order showed up on COTUS the same day, but was gone the next day and hasn't been on there since (ordered 01/28). I messaged Ford customer service about it. Crystal assured me the order was still there. She said they're still working out some bugs with COTUS. I know, like I thought the status would change in a day. But, half the fun is obsessively checking it right.
This COTUS is starting to drive me crazy.

i just got off the phone with Ford Customer Service.

Turns out the COTUS site was just a beta run and hasn't been supported fully for about 3 months now.
I was asked to get in contact with my dealership about any order information and to not rely on the COTUS site. And that 6-8 weeks from the time of the order is what is prescribed by Ford.
She has no information on the order status, VIN assignment, or plant location.
