just get the order number and dealer code and plug into cotus. Cotus will give you the vin when it's ready

Can someone give an example of what an Order number looks like? Mine has been ordered through a third party fleet manager, and the information they've given me is hard to decipher. I have a dealer code, but Cotus won't recognize the "Factory Order No." I've been given, so I'm wondering what format the order numbers have. I suspect a VIN has been issued, but the fleet manager isn't quite as obsessed with this order as I am for some reason...

It should be 4 digits. One might be a letter.

Will be 3 numbers followed by a letter. Mine is 100S. Also, make sure you're placing an F before the dealer number.
