I really don't understand the order and build process. I ordered mine on 7/30 and it has yet to go into production! Didn't even get a VIN until the first of December! The wait is killing me. I need my truck so I can get back to being productive again!

David Key has a spreadsheet that I cannot find the link to, but I would print that spreadsheet and bring it directly to your dealer. They need to get their Ford Rep on the phone and get him tightened up. Damn that is so ridiculous.

Ya, i ordered mine 7/31 and just went into production Monday. Cold here in MN want my auto start haha. My Rims, Tiers, and 6" Lift are all in my garage waiting to be installed!

Your dealer probably put it in as a retail order and not a stock order. Retail orders did not start until December. The same thing happened to me. I ordered in August and the dealer kept telling me it was a stock order. In November I found out it was never put in as stock and put in as retail so that's why it wasn't built yet. I switched dealers and got a VIN in 5 days. Unfortunately instead of having my truck now like the rest of the people who ordered in August, I have to wait until March to get it.

I am on the spreadsheet. I am upset and would have done things differently if I had it to do over again. On the up side it has given me chance to get all my mods in line and figure out what I am going to do. It is frustrating to see all the vehicles that were ordered after mine being delivered!

Holy crap...I own a franchise restaurant...a customer just pulled up in a Platinum FX4 with Brunello interior. I couldn't believe it...first time I've seen a platinum in person. I'm more stoked than ever!!

Update: spoke to my dealer and he said it should arrive into my town Wednesday by rail so should see it late afternoon Thursday or Friday s**t is getting real
